The previous post and this one capture what I imagine a lot of people are feeling. For me, I would label this feeling as &quot;conflicted&quot; with a heavy dose of &quot;chicken.&quot; I have not been faithfully engaged in the process, nor will I be for some time.<br /><br />One of the reasons I stay in touch with you is probably rooted in my desire to be connected through something the Fellowship is trying to create: meaningful relationships with colleagues who intrigue, inspire and challenge us. There are many colleagues in our current system who do the same for me, but it seems like the majority of my time with them is organized around polity.
